Our Regulatory Compliance Department oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Center’s compliance program and efforts. As an organization, Saint John Vianney Center adheres to local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidance created by government and regulatory bodies. We accomplish compliance by remaining knowledgeable about regulatory changes, maintaining organization-wide survey readiness, providing staff education, and promoting a culture of compliance.

Andrea DeWitt-Gay

Andrea DeWitt-Gay, M.A.

Andrea DeWitt-Gay serves as the Director of Regulatory Compliance for the Saint John Vianney Center. Applying her experience in operations management and regulatory compliance, Andrea provides leadership to the organization in this role by coordinating licensing and accreditation activities and guiding facility-wide survey preparedness.

Andrea earned a Bachelors in Experimental Psychology from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. She has wide-ranging experience working within residential and community behavioral health systems as a clinician, evaluator, administrator, and coordinator of survey activities and regulatory compliance initiatives. Prior to her work at SJVC, she helped coordinate survey events and developed plan of correction responses within a non-profit organization serving multiple states. She specialized in regulation interpretation, staff training and education, building systems to support compliance efforts, and assisting behavioral health programs meet compliance challenges.
