Kristin Lincoln-Ellzy serves as the Manager of Continuing Care Services for the Saint John Vianney Center.
Kristin earned a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. She has extensive experience working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues and their families. Kristin is skilled at working within the juvenile and adult justice systems, drug courts, the state health and human services system, and various inpatient treatment facilities. Prior to her work at SJVC, she held positions as an Intake/Aftercare Specialist, Addictions Counselor and Probation Officer.
Utilizing her diverse experiences in the mental health and addictions profession, Kristin assists clients with planning for discharge and aids them in the successful realization and implementation of their post-discharge goals.
