Linda Rava serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Saint John Vianney Center. Linda places special emphasis on identifying and acquiring talented professionals who live and serve the mission of Saint John Vianney Center. She fosters strong employee and contractor relations that support the facility’s culture while promoting staff satisfaction. In addition to her traditional role at SJVC, Linda facilitates credentialing of all professional staff as well as establishing contracts for independent contractors.
Linda joined the Saint John Vianney team in 2014. She has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience in small to mid-size organizations. Linda supports the organization in its strategic, operational, and financial objectives that include talent acquisition, retention, compensation, culture, payroll, HR data, policies and compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, and risk management.
Ms. Rava earned a MS in Human Resources Management from West Chester University and a BS in Professional and Liberal Studies from St. Joseph’s University, where she also minored in Theology and Religious Studies. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Chester County Human Resources Association (CCHSA), and the National Association for Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA).
