SJVC Observes and Celebrates September as National Recovery Month

Saint John Vianney Center observed and celebrated National Recovery Month throughout the month of September.  Staff wore purple and teal ribbons to bring awareness to those affected by addiction and mental health issues and for our support for them. Some highlights during the month included an SJVC podcast with Deacon Dan Giblin on “Recovery in Clergy” (click here to listen), and a presentation from Dr. Erik Ranstrom entitled, “The Merciful Way of the Twelve Steps.” (Pictured: Erik Ranstrom, Ph.D.)

SJVC remains steadfast in our continued ministry of recovery by providing prevention, education, treatment, and recovery support efforts within our Church.
