Beginning today, throughout the summer and ending at Labor Day, SJVC will have weekly “Friday Fun Days” to raise money for suicide awareness and prevention. Each Friday has its own theme, and staff participate by making a donation to join in the event. We aim to raise $2,500 for the cause and have a little fun along the way.
The money raised will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention when staff walk at the Philadelphia Out of the Darkness Suicide Awareness Walk in the Fall. To learn more about suicide prevention, go to: https://afsp.org/
