SJVC shared our mission and ministry at the annual convocation of the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA) in Kansas City. The convocation offered continuing education and resources for lay professionals and clergy who serve the Church in diocesan and religious institution settings. Attending from SJVC was Linda Rava, Director of HR, and David Shellenberger, President & CEO. Linda also provided a talk on Workplace Crisis Management, Conflict Resolution, and Managing Extreme Change.
