Dr. Pisa serves as a consulting Psychologist for the Saint John Vianney Center. He is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska in 1974. He was then appointed to the training staff at Norristown State Hospital in Pennsylvania and matriculated to the position of Chief Forensic Psychologist. He has been in full time private practice since 1984, specializing in Clinical and Forensic Psychology.
Dr. Pisa has been a consultant to Temple University’s Center for the Administration of Justice, Graterford State Correctional Institution, The Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and a number of private psychiatric hospitals in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. He has presented papers to state and county Public Defender Association’s and County Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar. He has appeared as an expert witness in state and federal jurisdictions in the Philadelphia area in criminal and civil matters.
