In positive psychology research, gratitude is associated with greater happiness. In a Harvard Health article, researchers share that gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. Gratitude is a way for people to appreciate what they have instead of always reaching for something new or reflecting on what they lack.
