Staff at SJVC work together as a team for the common goal of sharing our ministry with others. Our staff care about each other as well as the local community. Through the work of our Employee Appreciation Committee (EAC), staff are recognized for their achievements in education and areas of expertise, an employee of the quarter is chosen for going above and beyond the call of duty, birthdays are celebrated each month, and many special activities take place for staff to participate in, socialize, and pray together.
Our Employee Appreciation Committee also coordinates ways the staff, and residents, can support organizations in our local community throughout the year. Here is a video clip of several EAC members noting just a few of the charities we support.
