Mental Health Awareness Month

SJVC Recognizes Mental Health Awareness Month

The Department of Human Services has coined May as Mental Health Awareness Month. The reason is, “mental health is an important part of overall health and well-being. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life.” For more information and links to helpful resources from DHS, Click here.
Saint John Vianney Center provides resources and services regarding mental health specifically for clergy and religious. Be sure to check out our resource page. Call us if you have any questions or concerns. We are here 24/7/365. No question is too small!
