The Saint John Vianney utilizes ice cream socials to bring staff together. Under the leadership of David Shellenberger, the staff at Saint John Vianney Center enjoy an occasional ice cream social. The time allows staff to get together who may not typically see each other during the course of their busy schedules. It also builds staff engagement and morale, and gives David the opportunity to personally express his gratitude to staff for their contribution to the SJVC mission. Ice cream is personally scooped by David which he thoroughly enjoys!
