Maintaining Good Posture

Good Sitting Posture

Saint John Vianney Center focuses on the physical, behavioral, and spiritual well-being of each person we care for. Our inter-disciplinary staff covers a wide variety of areas of expertise. In this video clip, our physical therapist, Lisa Rossi, highlights how to have good sitting posture. When you become aware of your posture and make the necessary adjustments to sit properly, it will help reduce lower back pain, fatigue, tension in the shoulders and neck, while improving lung capacity, circulation and digestion, even your mood. Be sure to give your posture a second look.
