Stephanie MacDonald serves as a Continuing Care Coordinator for the Saint John Vianney Center.
Stephanie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology as well as her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Alvernia University. Stephanie has experience in the fields of behavioral health, addiction crisis intervention, geriatric rehabilitation, and Christian ministries.
Stephanie utilizes her experiences to assist clients and their communities with discharge planning, and provides support during the reintegration process back to religious and/or diocesan life, with the purpose of achieving post-discharge goals fostering a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
