Judith A. Smith, RSM, Psy.D. serves as a licensed psychologist for the Saint John Vianney working with individuals in psychotherapy, and conducting evaluations and assessments.
Prior to her ministry with the Saint John Vianney, she worked with women and men religious and diocesan priests both nationally and internationally as a psychologist for twenty years.
Sister Judith earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Widener University, and a M.ED. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. Her experience in mental health includes working as a psychiatric nurse, masters level therapist, and psychologist in inpatient and outpatient facilities, and private practice. Her current interests include the integration of spirituality and psychology, personality psychology, and psychological assessment.
Sister Judith has been a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the America’s for over forty years and has served the community in various ministries as a teacher, a nurse, and Life Coordinator for the Sisters of Mercy Convent.
