Assessment and Treatment Planning
All clients who are seeking psychotherapeutic services through the OPC have an initial assessment as part of their initial therapy session. The findings will be used to develop a diagnostic impression and serve as the foundation of the treatment plan.
Treatment planning is done by the treating therapist with consultation as needed by the Director of Outpatient Services or the Medical Director of the Center. The initial plan is developed after the first session with the therapist. All treatment plans are reviewed every 15 sessions or 120 days, whichever occurs first.
