The Cross of Christ in our logo affirms our belief that, by His dying and rising, Jesus Christ redeems, heals, reconciles and makes whole all who embrace Him and His teaching. Christ's presence permeates our approach to therapeutic and clinical treatment which we see as a journey from brokenness to wholeness and recovery. Our identity as a treatment center is rooted in our Catholic character.
This Moline Cross, firmly of French origin, honors Saint Jean Baptiste Marie Vianney, the "Curé d'Ars," whose compassionate and wise care brought those from all walks of life to him for absolution and counsel. The Church presents Saint Jean Vianney as patron Saint of parish priests.
The blue and gold colors in our logo are inspired by the tinctures of the crest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, of which Saint John Vianney Center is a member institution. The maroon cross recognizes our affiliation with Catholic Health Care Services.
